Sal Bua

Born and raised in Mercer County, and long-time resident of Robbinsville, Sal has been in the business for almost 10 years and is a Licensed Broker Associate in both New Jersey Pennsylvania. Sal specializes in first time home buyers, working with investors, sellers, rentals, and commercial real estate.

Sal holds two degrees from Rowan University, including a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration/Marketing. Sal has previously worked in property management as well as with foreclosed homes at HUD. Sal is active in the local community coaching soccer to kids at Local Preschools/Daycares as well as Public Programs throughout Central Jersey. Sal’s family is in the restaurant business and can always recommend a good Pizzeria in the area. 

Sal has been the recipient of the NJ Circle of Excellence Sales Award for the past 5 years, with being rewarded the Platinum Level in both 2021 & 2022. It is with credit to a belief in traditional business values, that Sal continues to build his growing reputation through hard work, excellent customer service, and innovative thinking, with high expectations for both himself and his clients.
